I stumbled upon this recipe in Real Simple magazine. I have yet to try it , but it seems pretty much fool-proof.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh ricotta cheese
- 2 tables spoons of fresh chives
- a dash of salt and pepper
- 1 small baguette, sliced and toasted
Directions
- Mix the ricotta and herbs - place in a serving bowl
- lightly toast the baguette slices under the broiler
This sounds scrumptious!! I love Ricotta cheese on a fresh Ace Baguette. It makes a great snack and it's filling enough to satisfy. Where did you find this Real Simple magazine?
ReplyDeleteI Tried this!
ReplyDeleteIt was actually so delicious!
The Ricotta Cheese was actually the best part!
Feel free to add some of your own favorite spices to it as well!
I added tomato slices! It was defiantly a good choice.
Hey Kristina!
ReplyDeleteI was browsing the appitizers section on www.realsimple.com , check it out , most of their stuff is super easy (as the name suggests)!
